❔ How do we prevent bad actors?

With such a generous insurance cover, there are bound to be bad actors. We've anticipated that and come up with a solution - our analysts.

Currently, we have a team of 6 analysts who scrutinize all payment requests and decide if they are legitimate or not. People looking to claim payouts will have to give detailed breakdowns with timestamps and loads of images and may even (anonymously) have to get on calls with analysts to ensure their validity.

Equally, community members will get to vote on whether or not certain payouts will be made to requesters, essentially weeding out all ba actors.
